Firstly we just wanted to drop you an email just to say thank you for the hassle free purchase of our recent Vehicle that we purchased yesterday, what an amazing deal we got with the 2014 Chery from the cost and the low K's we couldn't believe our luck stumbling a cross this fantastic vehicle.

Over the past few weeks visiting different car yards are not always the best experiences with car sales rep that don't acknowledge you to reps that are over board in your face pushy the service and just the genuineness that we received from TJ and yourself was much appreciated an very refreshing and with Leata your finance manager giving us all our options with finance etc was great!

This definitely made the process easy and stress free.

Recently my son Daniel and I came to look at a vehicle on your yard which sadly had already been sold.

We did however end up purchasing a White SS Commodore for which you organised new mags and tyres to be fitted that same day so we could return to Dargaville.

I've bought a few cars over the years and had even worked as a car salesman in Auckland a 'long' time ago.

I'd just like to say that you guys made the whole car buying experience a pleasure and we very much appreciate it.

Your approach to us as customers was relaxed, professional, efficient, and respectful and I have been singing your praises whenever I get the opportunity.

Daniel's car developed a water pump problem a couple of weeks later and you guys sorted thing out with our local mechanic in a no stress and helpful manner.

Just wish to say thanks for making buying a cool car an awesome experience. I bought a 2005 Nissan Fuga 450GT. Beautiful car in faultless condition for the best price in Auckland. I have previously had a bad experience with another Auckland Performance Car dealer, and Pearce Brothers restored the faith.. you can buy good quality cars, for a fair price.

As a first time car buyer, Richard Nimmo from the Quality-Used Branch in Papatoetoe made my experience more relaxed and comfortable and far less daunting. A friendly, honest person with great customer service, high competent car knowledge and is willing to assist in anywhere possible. Paper work was completed in less than an hour and drove my new car in less than 5hours! One aspect I would like to recommend is that they would have their Japanese imported cars with Japanese Audio Units/Maps changed to suit New Zealand and our environment. It's an extra cost to replace and install it and discussing with a mate of mine who has purchased a car elsewhere had this replaced free of charge of a new car he purcahsed also with a Japanese Audio unit. I wouldn't have mind the Japanese language audio unit if the Bluetooth was functioning. Unfortunately, it doesn't. Other that than, the purchasing of my vehicle was awesome (Thank you so much Richard), and I recommend Pearce Brother Quality Used cars to new car buyers and to others.
